Start with your property
A useful comparison
starts with context.
Tell us a little about your hotel. We’ll start with your market, your bill, and the agreement you have today.
What happens next?
Jaken Energy reviews your request and follows up to clarify the property’s location, utility, and purchasing goals. Supplier choice depends on the actual service territory and account. If competitive supply is available, the next step is to gather enough information for a meaningful comparison.
Your estimated monthly utility bill helps establish the size of the account. An estimate is fine; it is not a binding forecast or an offer. Use a typical combined electricity and natural gas month if you have both. Seasonal resorts and properties with large winter gas loads can explain that pattern when we follow up.
Unsure about your contract?
Choose “I don’t know.” A supplier name on the bill, a renewal letter, or the current agreement can help establish the answer later. Please do not assume that sending this form changes your supplier or ends an existing contract. It does neither.
We may later request a recent bill, usage history, and a limited letter of authorization to obtain account information. An information request should explain its scope. Review any authorization before signing; permission to collect data should be distinct from permission to enroll the account.
What about fees and commitments?
Commercial energy brokers can receive supplier-paid compensation included in the contract price or charge an agreed service fee. Before any agreement, ask for the compensation amount, how it is calculated, and whether it changes by supplier or term. Read our broker compensation explanation for the questions to ask.
Submitting this inquiry creates no obligation to buy energy or change providers. Actual offers require account-specific review and can expire. We make no promise of a particular rate or reduction in your bill.
