Information you choose to provide

The comparison form collects your name, email, optional phone number, hotel or company, location, estimated monthly utility bill, and supplier-contract status. Jaken Energy uses this information to respond to the request and discuss the property’s energy needs.

Netlify form handling

The form is hosted and processed through Netlify Forms after deployment and form detection are enabled. Submissions are stored in the Netlify account that hosts this site. The site owner can review submissions and configure notifications. Access controls, retention, and notification recipients must be managed in that account.

Scheduling through OneCal

The scheduling page embeds OneCal. Opening it connects your browser to OneCal, which processes booking information under its own terms and privacy policy. The booking provider may use cookies or other storage needed for its service. Jaken Energy uses appointment information to arrange and conduct the requested conversation.

Hosting and site behavior

The site uses locally hosted fonts and images. It has no advertising trackers or analytics snippet by default. The hosting provider may process request logs for delivery and security. Calculators run in your browser and do not send their input values to this site.

Requests and changes

To ask about information you have provided or request its deletion, use the contact email in the site footer. Information may need to be retained for an active request, an agreed engagement, or an applicable recordkeeping requirement. This notice will be updated if the site’s data practices change.
